Ενημέρωση ολοκλήρωσης εργασιών

Η αναβάθμιση που είχε προγραμματιστεί εχτές ολοκληρώθηκε με απόλυτη επιτυχία. Δυστυχώς υπήρξε μια πρόσθετη καθυστέρηση στην επαναφορά των συστημάτων μας και αντί για 2:00 π.μ. ανεβήκαμε στις 2:50 π.μ.
Οι εργασίες αφορούσαν σε αναβάθμιση της γραμμής και μεταγωγή του εξοπλισμού σε νέο ικρίωμα, αποκλειστικά για χρήση από την Planet.

Announcement for task completion
Dear Sirs,
The scheduled tasks for yesterday's upgrade were completed succesfully. Unfortunately there was an additional delay on our systems' recovery, so we were up and running at 2:50 instead 2:00.
The tasks had to do with upgrading of our connection and the migration of the equipment on a new rack, exclusively for use by Planet.
We would like to thank you for trusting and cooperating with us. Planet Technologies will continue offering always the best services to its clients.

We would like to inform you that Saturday 11/2/2017 half an hour after midnight (Saturday night to Sunday morning) the following scheduled task will take place.
Datacenter infrastructure upgrade tasks
There will be tasks concerns the upgrade of our infrastructure in the datacenter. The duration of the task will be about 2 hours in total and will take place from Sunday 12/2/2017 12:00 am to 2:00 am local time (Sat. 22:00 – Sun. 00:00 UTC). Within this time period there will be interruptions affecting the following services:
• Web Hosting
• Reseller Web Hosting
• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• CloudMail
• CloudDrive
